Chinese Intensified Learning for
HSK Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi, shortened as
HSK,
is the Chinese Proficiency Test, is a standardized test at China
state level designed and developed to assess the Chinese proficiency for
non-native speakers or learners (foreigners, overseas Chinese and
students). HSK, 3 as: Basic Chinese proficiency test (HSK Basic: requires about 100-800 hours of regular modern Chinese learning); Elementary and intermediate Chinese proficiency test (HSK Elementary - Intermediate: 400-2000 hours of modern Chinese courses); Advanced Chinese proficiency test (HSK Advanced: 3000 hours or more hours of modern Chinese courses). HSK Certificates is to: 1, certify that the holder has acquired the required Chinese Proficiency to enter a college or university as an undergraduate or graduate student; 2, certify that the holder can be exempt from taking the Chinese language course depending on the level of certification; 3, as a basis for the employers to evaluate the Chinese proficiency of the job applicants.
